Terms & Conditions (T&C) for Holi Offer 2025

Eligibility & Offer Period

• Offer valid only for new users registering between 1st Feb and 15th March 2025.
• The 50% discount is valid for the first 30 shipments booked on or before 31st March 2025.
• Offer applies on all carriers across all zones.

Discount & Limitations

• 50% discount on all shipping charges including Freight and COD charges. Does not include value added services.
• If users do not book 30 shipments within the offer period, the remaining discount expires, and standard pricing applies.

Weight Discrepancy & Adjustments

• Any discrepancies between declared weight and actual weight of shipments will be adjusted.
• If the declared weight is lower than the actual weight, additional charges will be applied by the carrier after shipment processing.
• Vamaship reserves the right to refuse discount on any weight discrepancies.

General Terms

• Offer cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions.
• After 30 shipments, standard rates will apply for all shipping charges.
• Vamaship reserves the right to modify, extend, or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice.
• By participating in this offer, users agree to all Vamaship terms and conditions.
